RETURNS: Due to food regulations, all coffee purchased from our website CANNOT be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for credit or refund. DO NOT send coffee back, it will not be accepted. In the event that you receive the wrong product or a defective product, please contact us at contactus@gorillapaniccoffee.com for further instructions.
CANCELLATIONS: Due to the fact that all of our coffee is roasted fresh when you order it, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been placed. Please review all order details / information (bag size, whole bean / ground options, etc.) carefully before placing your order.
