4. Orders

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock limitations or pricing errors.
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and process a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. We do not guarantee delivery dates, as they may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.  
  • Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment for assistance.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Returns are NOT accepted.   DO NOT mail coffee back. 
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Gorilla Panic Coffee.  Any inquiry of refunds should be directed to contactus@gorillapaniccoffee.com
  • Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer exchanges but encourage you to contact us if you have issues with your product.

7. Subscriptions (if applicable)

  • Subscription Service: By subscribing to receive our email notifications, you agree to receiving recurring marketing emails. 
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, without notice. 
  • Changes to Subscription Terms: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service. We will notify you of significant changes affecting your subscription.

Our coffee contains high levels of caffeine. Consumption of high-caffeine products carries health risks and is not suitable for everyone, including children, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
